Melisa's Home Burned Down

Hi my name is Teresa and I am starting the fundraiser for my dearest friend Melisa Page- Bailie and her youngest daughter. Yesterday morning these 2 experienced something Noone ever thinks will happen to them. Melisa was drink her morning coffee when she noticed some black smoke coming from upstairs of her residence. Melisa yelled for her daughter and no response so Melisa ran upstairs and woke her daughter up and just got out of her home minutes before it was ingulffed in flames. The home is a total loss. When speaking to Melisa all she mentioned was her 2 urns of her deceased children and a pic of her daughter Jessie that had passed away and her favorite bible was ruined. WOW!! She lost everything. Melisa has done years of serving her community and approximately 20 yrs of fostering children of which she adopted 9 of them, then her last few years she has been in New York working in ministry and one day a week is in charge of providing food for families in need..I pray that as a.community we can all help ease some of the expenses of her loss. For those that know Melisa you know she truly deserves our financial help plus more.
