My friend Melinda Bachman had to evacuate her home in Santa Rosa early Sunday morning as the Tubbs fire moved into her neighborhood. She made it out safely but everything she owned and her home was lost in the fire. Melinda is a mother,  recent widow and a retired Santa Rosa school teacher. She has spent her life giving to the community in Sonoma County. Melinda is currently is in need of day to day basic living expenses as she gets back on her feet and plans her next steps. Your generous and heartfelt contributions will be directly deposited into her bank account.  Every little bit helps as she starts to rebuild her life. Our hearts go out to everyone who has suffered loss in this tragic event, we will get through this.
