Hi, My mom's name is Melinda Estelle Golden (maiden Ransom). My mother was declared terminal, there was so much I tried to prepare for but unfortunately have run into some fine print with her final expense insurance policy that I was not expecting. Therefore am seeking donations to help cover additional funeral costs, transfer and relocation fees. She was an incredible human being. So kind and sweet. My mom was born on Jan 16th,1958 in Harlem, NYC. She went on to eternal rest on February 6th, 2023 after a long battle with interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis and complications from other chronic and autoimmune diseases. Though she was a native New Yorker, her roots are in North Carolina and Virginia. My mom will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetary Suffolk, VA, the eternal resting place of multiple family members who preceded her in death including her beloved paternal grandmother "Mommy" Estelle as she was affectionately called.
