Melanoma della coroide

Mi chiamo Simona sono affetta da un tumore maligno raro , il melanoma della coroide  , tumore dell’occhio (io il  sinistro)  che colpisce 6 persone su un milione. L’ho scoperto a novembre 2017 per puro caso in quanto la retina si era scollata leggermente è da lì sono 18 mesi di vita completamente stravolta. Il melanoma della coroide , se scoperto  in tempo viene trattato con la proton terapia che lo brucia e  lo blocca così  si evita l’enucleazione  dell’occhio  e quindi  la possibilità che formi metastasi al fegato e all’encefalo. Io l’ho fatta a Villigen a dicembre2017.La cura  però ,non finisce solo con la proton ..si devono fare iniezioni...parecchie per evitare il glaucoma , poi il laser per la cataratta e nel mio caso essendo vicino al nervo ottico la vista cala fino a scomparire .  Hanno  dovuto bruciare per forza anche accanto al nervo ottico .Mi curo a Losanna , indirizzata dai medici di Torino a questi due famosissimi medici specializzati per questa patologia e li ad ogni seduta incontro altra  gente proveniente  da tutta Italia.Le spese del viaggio (ogni tre mesi) ,  l’hotel  ed il cibo sono a carico mio  mentre per ora  per fortuna  la asl passa il modello s2   per le spese all’estero e poi abbiamo un ticket oltre  la franchigia di 92+92chf  da pagare al rientro in Italia . Il totale di ogni viaggio  si aggira attorno ai 500€ Poiché sono debilitata ho diminuito le ore lavorative  ho un part time più  la 104  che però da 24 ore  vogliono passare   a 17 . Da attiva che ero adesso non sono più in grado di fare tante cose per la stanchezza la nausea  la retina scollata e l’occhio che fa male in continuazione , vivo da sola e ho solo lo stipendio come aiuto . Finalizzo la campagna per me stessa ,non riesco più  a supportare le spese e non riesco più a mantenermi rischio anche il posto di lavoro ma ho anche un grande intento , un sogno da realizzare appena staró  meglio e se mi salvo la vita . Voglio creare un’ associazione dove tutti coloro che soffrono di questa patologia possano avere aiuto e sensibilizzare ogni persona a fare l’analisi della vista con  particolare visita al fondo dell’occhio.Chi vede bene(io per prima)  non pensa mai alla visita oculistica e la prevenzione  in questo caso può aiutare molto . I discovered it in November 2017 by pure chance as the retina had slightly broken down and from there it is 18 months of life completely distorted. Choroid melanoma, if discovered in time, is treated with proton therapy that burns and blocks it, thus avoiding enucleation of the eye and therefore the possibility of it forming metastases to the liver and brain. They also had to burn next to the optic nerve. I take care of myself in Lausanne, addressed by the doctors of Turin to these two very famous specialized doctors for this pathology and at each session I meet other people from all over Italy.   The travel expenses (every three months), the hotel and the food are my responsibility while for now fortunately the ASL passes the s2 model for expenses abroad and then we have a ticket over the 92 + 92chf deductible from pay on return to Italy. The total for each trip is around € 500 As an active person I was now I am no longer able to do many things for tiredness, nausea, low-cut retina and the eye that hurts constantly, I live alone and I only have a salary to help.
