As many of you already know, Melanie and Eric have been involved in a house fire. Eric has suffered from major cuts and burns on his upper body and arms, severed tensions and nerve damage (with numerous stitches). Melanie is on a ventilator and heavily sedated, and she endured severe burns over 30% of the backside of her body.
Melanie and Eric have lost everything including their two fur babies! It's going to be a long recovery for both physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is so difficult for both families since they live so far away and feel helpless!
We are extremely grateful for all of your prayers, thoughts, and kind notes.
