17 Days AGO, Mel Sealy woke up with high fever, she went to the doctor but sent her home telling her to take Ibuprofen. We went to the ER Monday night/Tuesday morning after her fever and headache had not subsided. They told her she had Pnuemonia and sent her home with medicine. On Thursday she woke up throwing up and we took her back to the ER. She was admitted for a Severe Pneumonia Infection. On Friday as her fever, headache, nausea,  and dizziness continued Mel suffered from several seizures. She was in the Intensive Care Unit for 8 days. Well many diagnosis have been considered. The one thing we keep coming back to is an autoimmune disorder. Steroids were the turning point in her recovery. She is still in the hospital but awake and bubbly as per usual. She is facing physical therapy and many more doctor visits and bills. 

As she gets better, I want to help be prepared the medical bills that are soon to come as well. No body really expects a 17 day stay in the hospital at 27.  She will need to heal, as well as we still do not know what this all started from.  Please help her addressing these upcoming financial, mental, and physical obstacles that lay ahead.  This creative woman has such a big future ahead of her; she will come out the other side stronger.
