The Mekins are a lovely family including a firefighter/paramedic and an ER nurse currently in school with a young daughter. These people took me in when I needed help, just like how they help everyone who needs it in their personal and professional life. 

Unfortunately, someone broke in to their home today and stole many of their valuables and Kristi’s toys. While some things can be replaced, there is a lot of stress involved and many invaluable items were stolen as well. 

If if you’re able to help in anyway, these are some of the greatest people I know and I’d love to see them supported in such an arduous time. Thank you!
