This is Meisje.

She’s 5 years old and made of pure sunshine and unconditional love. Meisje is also one half of a deeply bonded sister duo—and her sister is already struggling without her.

Right now, Meisje is facing a life-threatening blockage that requires emergency surgery. Her mom, who has dedicated her entire life to rescuing animals in need, has been able to get the process started—but much of her resources are already tied up helping countless others.
