Meire needs a kidney transplant

Our close family friend, Meire Carlos Santos, desperately needs a new kidney. She is on the waitlist, but it could take 7 years for a kidney to be available for her and she doesn't have time to wait. Due to unknown factors her kidneys are only functioning at 10% and soon her only option will be to begin dialysis...a temporary and destructive treatment.

We are raising funds to help Meire find a living kidney donor to help give her a normal life again, for her sake and for the sake of her 10 year old daughter.
