Diagnose Krebs und mein Weg gesund zu werden

Mein Name ist Andrea, ich bin Mutter, dachte ich lebe gesund mit Hund und Katze im Grünen und im vergangen Herbst wurde bei mir Krebs diagnostiziert.

Begonnen hatte alles im Mai 2023, als ich einen Knoten in meinen Hals bemerkt hatte.

Nach vielen unklaren Arztterminen, gesunden Blutwerten und sonst keinen Auffälligkeiten, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, ich könne den Knoten entfernen lassen, falls er mich aus ästhetischen Gründen störe. Schlussendlich hat mich dann doch ein HNO Arzt an eine Klinik verwiesen, um den Knoten genauer zu untersuchen und womöglich zu entfernen. Ich entschied mich zu einer OP, in dem Glauben, dass mir lediglich dieser verdickte Lymphknoten entfernt würde.

Ende Oktober wachte ich nach der OP wieder auf, nur um gesagt zu bekommen, dass der Knoten drin gelassen wurde und zudem verändertes Gewebe am Zungengrund sei.

Nach weiteren 3 Wochen Ungewissheit kam das ernüchternde Ergebnis: Zungengrundkarzinom mit Metastasierung ins Lymphsystem. Der Grund für diesen Tumor sei der HPV Virus.

Als mir die Vorgehensweise zur Entnahme von Tumor und Metastase erstmalig beschrieben wurde, wurde ich über Ausmaß und Einfluss dieses komplizierten Eingriffs auf mein späteres Leben nicht aufgeklärt.

Doch beim Einholen einer 2. Meinung schilderte man mir die Realität, welche aufgrund der prekären Lage des Tumors schockierend war.

Beide Kliniken konnten nicht mit Gewissheit sagen, ob ich danach jemals wieder schlucken, richtig sprechen und somit teils auch atmen kann. (Gesichtslähmung, Ausfall der Handfunktion wegen Resektion von vaskulärem Gewebe aus dem Arm) - abgesehen von einer potentiell langen Zeit / unabsehbaren Zeit mit Magensonde und Luftröhrenschnitt.

Ich war schockiert und nach einiger Zeit war ich erst in der Lage eine Entscheidung zu treffen und ich begann mich tiefgehend über alternative Heilmethoden und Komplementärmedizin, die weniger invasiv und potentiell körperverletzend sind, zu informieren.

Auf diesem Weg befinde ich mich nun.

Das Spektrum ist groß: radikale Entgiftung, drastische Ernährungsumstellung, Verbesserung der Zellsauerstoff-Versorgung, Kryotherapie, Hyperthermie und Immuntherapie, um nur einige Möglichkeiten zu nennen.

Leider werden keine dieser Therapien von der Krankenkasse unterstützt und alles muss ich privat selbst zahlen. Seit Jahren tue ich dies bereits mit den anderen gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen, die bei mir diagnostiziert wurden und die, wenn sie schulmedizinisch behandelt werden, immer mit schweren Nebenwirkungen einhergehen.

Nachdem ich zudem seit einigen Jahren an schweren Rheumaschüben leide, wurde ich 2014 in Erwerbsminderungsrente versetzt. Durch die Krebstherapie und alles, was sich/ich dadurch in meinem Alltag verändern musste, komme ich mittlerweile trotz familiärer Unterstützung an meine finanziellen Grenzen.

Allein die bevorstehende Immuntherapie wird gut 25. 000€ kosten.

Dazu werden noch diverse Medikamente kommen und weitere begleitende medizinisch notwendigen Therapien, welche ebensowenig von den Kassen gedeckt werden.

Diese Summen sind mit meiner kleinen Rente allein leider nicht zu bewältigen.

Meine Selbstständigkeit, die ich mir als kleinen Nebenverdienst begonnen hatte aufzubauen, kann ich nun in der geplanten Form vorerst/zunächst nicht weiterführen.

Aus all diesen Gründen habe ich mich durchgerungen um Hilfe zu bitten, obwohl mir dies nicht leicht fällt. Meine Töchter haben mir letztendlich noch einmal deutlich gemacht, an welch seidenem Faden mein Leben nun hängt und wie sehr ich finanzielle Ressourcen benötige, um weiter zu leben.

Ich bin nun also an dem Punkt angelangt, an dem ich um Deine Unterstützung bitte. Ich würde mich sehr freuen und wäre unendlich dankbar, wenn mein Heilungsweg durch Dich ermöglicht wird. Jeder Betrag hilft und bedeutet einen Schritt näher zu Gesundheit und Heilung für mich.

My name is Andrea, I am a mother, I thought I lived healthy in the countryside with my dog ​​and cat, and last fall I was diagnosed with cancer.

It all started in May 2023 when I noticed a lump in my neck.

After many unclear doctor's appointments, healthy blood values, and no other abnormalities, I was simply told that I could have the lump removed if it bothered me for aesthetic reasons. Finally, an ENT doctor referred me to a clinic to examine the lump more closely and possibly remove it. I decided to have surgery, believing that only this thickened lymph node would be removed.

At the end of October, I woke up after the operation, only to be told that the lump had been left in and that there was also altered tissue at the base of the tongue.

After another 3 weeks of uncertainty, the sobering result came: carcinoma of the base of the tongue with metastasis to the lymphatic system. The cause of this tumor was the HPV virus.

When the procedure for removing the tumor and metastasis was first described to me, I was not informed about the extent and impact of this complicated procedure on my later life.

But when I got a second opinion, I was told the reality, which was shocking due to the precarious location of the tumor.

Both clinics could not say with certainty whether I would ever be able to swallow, speak properly and therefore partially breathe again. (Facial paralysis, loss of hand function due to resection of vascular tissue from the arm) - apart from a potentially long time / unforeseeable time with a gastric tube and tracheotomy.

I was shocked and it took some time before I was able to make a decision and I began to research alternative healing methods and complementary medicine that are less invasive and potentially harmful to the body.

This is the path I am on now.

The spectrum is broad: radical detoxification, drastic dietary changes, improving the oxygen supply to cells, cryotherapy, hyperthermia and immunotherapy, to name just a few options.

Unfortunately, none of these therapies are covered by health insurance and I have to pay for everything myself. I have been doing this for years with the other health problems that I have been diagnosed with and which, when treated with conventional medicine, always come with serious side effects.

After suffering from severe bouts of rheumatism for several years, I was put on disability pension in 2014. Due to the cancer treatment and everything that I have had to change in my everyday life as a result, I am now reaching my financial limits despite family support.

The upcoming immunotherapy alone will cost a good €25,000.

In addition, there will be various medications and other accompanying medically necessary therapies, which are also not covered by the insurance companies.

Unfortunately, these sums cannot be managed with my small pension alone.

I am now unable to continue my self-employment, which I had started to build up as a small side job, in the form I had planned for the time being.

For all these reasons, I have decided to ask for help, even though it is not easy for me. My daughters have finally made it clear to me once again how fragile my life is now and how much I need financial resources to carry on living.
