Outdoor College - Hilf mir meine einmalige Chance zu nutzen!
Ich bin Helena und ich wohne in Berlin. Ich möchte 2026/27 unbedingt am Outdoor College Norwegen teilnehmen. Es werden nur 32 Jugendliche aus der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich ausgewählt.
Vorgeschichte:
Ich habe mich letztes Jahr bereits beworben und wurde auch angenommen. Leider konnte ich im Endeffekt nicht teilnehmen, weil das Geld nicht gereicht hat. Darum habe ich dieses Jahr dieses Gofundme-Projekt gestartet. So möchte ich meinen großen Traum vom Outdoor College in diesem Jahr wahr werden lassen.
Gofundme - meine einzige Chance
Das Jahr im Outdoor College kostet knapp 30.000 Euro. Dieses Geld kann nicht innerhalb eines Jahres von meiner Familie allein bereitgestellt werden. Darum ist Gofundme meine letzte Chance!
Letztes Jahr nahm ich an der Kennlernwoche für das Outdoor College teil und dort habe ich gemerkt: das ist wirklich mein aller größter Traum! Letztes Jahr wurde ich als eine von den 55 Bewerbern(innen) ausgewählt und dieses Jahr auch wieder in die engere Auswahl aufgenommen, da ich eine Einladung zur nächsten Kennlernwoche erhalten habe.
Ich stehe kurz vor meinem Traum - helft mir damit es nicht noch einmal am Geld scheitern kann!
Was ist das Outdoor College eigentlich?
Im Outdoor College lernen die Schüler Verantwortung gegenüber der Natur, das Planen von Outdoor Touren und Organisation. Das ganze 9. Schuljahr findet in Südnorwegen statt. Ein mal im Monat gibt es eine große Outdoor Tour. das kann eine Kanu-, wander- oder Hundeschlittentour sein! Die Schüler kochen das Essen selbst und es gibt auch keine Handys. Diese werden nämlich nur ein mal im Monat für zwei Stunden herausgegeben. Dieses Konzept ist der größte Traum meines Lebens!
Die Schüler leben 11 Monat in Norwegen und kommen nur für die 3 wöchigen Weihnachtsferien nach Hause. Während des Jahres kümmern die Schüler sich um je einen Husky von der in der Nähe gelegenen Sirdal Husky Farm.
Was bedeutet mir das Outdoor College und wer bin ich?
Ich wohne mit meiner Familie in Berlin. Seit neun Jahren spiele ich Klavier und seit fünf Jahren Geige. Außerdem schwimme ich sehr gerne und habe in diesem Frühling meine silbernes Rettungsschwimmerabzeichen gemacht. Ich lese auch sehr viel und aktuell verbringe ich den Großteil meiner Freizeit mit meinem Projekt Outdoor College. Das Outdoor College bringt alle Dinge zusammen die mir wichtig sind.
Gemeinschaft, Natur, Handy freie Zeit, Selbstorganisation und Tiere.
Es verbindet also alles für was ich brenne! . Im Outdoor College würde ich auch lernen, die Natur besser zu schützen und noch besser wert zu schätzen. Ich würde (fast) alles tun um beim Outdoor College dabei sein zu können!
Zusammengefasst ist das Outdoor College mein größter Traum und ich kämpfe dafür, diese einmalige Chance wahrnehmen zu können.
Darum brauche ich deine Hilfe! Hilf mir meinen größten Traum wahr zu machen!

The Story
I already applyed last year for this amazing year and I was selected!
Sadly I in the end coudn´t go, just because me and my family hadn´t
enough money. This is the reason I started a GoFundMe page this time,
it´s my way to let my dream come true.
GoFundMe – my only chance
To spend a year at te Outdoor College in Norway costs nearly 30.000
Euros. This is so much money, my family can not provide this within a
year. So I started I my GoFundMe page, it is truly my last chance!
Last year I took part in the introductory week of the Outdoor College
and there I could feel it: this is my biggest dream!
A year ago I was chosen as one out of 55 candidates and this year I
got an invitation for the second time, which means that I am again on
the shortlist again!
I'm on the verge of achieving my dream - please help me so that it
doesn't fail again due to lack of money!
What is the Outdoor College excatly?
At the Outdoor College students are learning responsibility towards
the nature, planning the outdoor tours and organisation. The whole 9th
grade takes place in south norway and once a month there is a one-week
outdoor tour. This could be a canoe-, hiking- or dogslettour. The
students are cooking their food by themselves and there are also no
smartphones allowed, just for two hours a month they get their phone
to call the parentes.
This concept sounds like a great dream fo me!
Eleven months of the year the students spend in Norway, only for three
weeks of christmas holidays they are coming home. While the year every
student takes care of one Husky from the Sirdal Husky Farm nearby.
What the Outdoor College means to me and who am I?
I live with my family in Berlin. I´ve been playing the piano for
almost nine and the violin for five years. Aside from that I love do
go swimming and got my silver lifeguard badge last spring. I´m reading
lots of books and I'm currently spending a lot of time with my Outdoor
College project. The Outdoor College includes all things that are
important to me:
a wonderful comunity, beautiful nature, time without the smartphone,
self-organization and animals. At the Outdoor College I would learn,
to protect the nature better and apreciate it more. I would do almost
everything to be able to go to the Outdoor College!
All in all the Outdoor College is my biggest dream and I am figthing
for being able to take this once in a lifetime chance!
