Über mich
Hallo, ich bin Laetitia -und heute teile ich einen Weg mit euch, der für mich unglaublich viel Mut bedeutet.
Seit einigen Jahren begleitet mich Yoga durch mein Leben. Es hat mich in Momenten getrafen, in denen ich Halt gesucht habe, und mir immer wieder gezeigt, dass Stärke und Frieden in mir selbst liegen. Yoga hat mir geholfen, zu heilen, zu wachsen und mehr Verbindung zu mir selbst zu finden.
Nun möchte ich den nächsten Schritt gehen und eine zertifizierte Yoga-Ausbildung in Indien absolvieren - dort, wo Yoga seinen Ursprung hat.
Dieser Wunsch ist für mich nicht nur ein Traum, sondern ein tiefes Herzensprojekt.
Warum Indien?
Indien ist der Ursprung der Yogaphilosophie.
Dort wird Yoga nicht nur gelehrt - es wird gelebt.
Ich möchte diese Praxis an ihrem Ursprung erleben, die traditionelle Philosophie verstehen, tiefer eintauchen und später authentisch weitergeben.
Die Ausbildung umfasst:
- Asanas (Körperpraxis)
- Atemtechniken
- Meditation
- Anatomie
- spirituelle Philosophie
- Unterrichtspraxis
Sie verändert nicht nur mich sondern auch das, was ich später weitergeben kann.
Leider handelt es sich hier bei um Kosten, die ich alleine nicht tragen kann.
Die Gesamtkosten setzen sich zusammen aus:
- Ausbildungsgebühren
- Flug & Visa
- Unterkunft & Verpflegung
- Material & Transport
Für eine Einzelperson ist das eine große Summe und deshalb bitte ich hier um Unterstützung.
Dieser Schritt fällt mir nicht leicht, aber er kommt von Herzen.

About Me
Hello, my name is Laetitia, and today I am sharing something very personal and deeply meaningful to me.
Yoga has been a constant source of strenght, grounding and healing throughout my life.
It has supported me in moments when I felt lost, and it has guided me back to myself again and again. Yoga has helped me heal, grow, and reconnect with my inner peace.
Now, I´m ready to take the next step:
I want to complete a certified Yoga Teacher Training in India - the birthplace of yoga.
This is more than a dream for me. It is a calling.
Why India?
India is the origin of yoga´s philosophy and tradition.
There, yoga is not just a practice - it is lived.
By studying in india, i will be able to learn:
- the true philosophical foundations of yoga
- traditional practices passed down through generations
- breathwork and meditation
- anatomy & alignment
- teaching methods rooted in authenticity
- spiritual depth that goes far beyond physical movement
This experience will not only transform my own life, but will also shape the way I share yoga with others in the future.
