Meilynn is a daughter, sister, aunty, and fiancé. She is currently in the ICU on life support fighting for her life against sepsis. She has been fighting for 2 weeks on life support. Her body quickly went into septic shock and she now has multiple organ failure. Despite all doctors' attempts, she is not responding to any treatment and is continuing to deteriorate. Her doctors' most recent update to our family today, 4/24/25, is that she is going in the wrong direction. She has the slimmest chance of pulling through this, and they expect her to go within the next few days. We are asking for support for her fiancé, who has lost his job with the city because of her being sick even 3 weeks prior to admittance. Her dad has also been taking off work to be with her and spend time together as a family. We need help with arrangements for her afterwards as well as medical expenses that have been incurred over the last 2 weeks. We all, as a family, are grateful for anything. Even a prayer or share! God bless you all. Meilynn passed on early this AM 5/6/25. The medical system failed her! She had been into multiple different urgent cares and hospitals because of her symptoms and being very sick. They sent her home each time and said she was ok. Not even with instructions on following up with a DR! All of this should have and could have been prevented. No one should ever have to go through and should have to experience such a thing! Our health system sucks! We now are planning arrangements for her as she deserves the best. Anything is appreciated and will directly be used for her arrangements and any medical bills.
