Dear friends, family, and compassionate souls,

My name is Sara, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a beloved friend, Meherbani—a radiant, courageous woman who has dedicated her life to uplifting others through healing, service, and unwavering love. Today, she needs our help.

After years of selfless service running a yoga and healing center in Trinidad, Meherbani returned to the United States to face one of the greatest challenges of her life. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and heart failure. This treatment is intensive and exhausting, making it impossible for her to work full time.

On top of her health challenges, Meherbani is a single mother raising her 13-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum. Thanks to her immense patience and devotion, he is highly functioning and full of potential. But the transition back to life in the U.S., starting a new school system, and coping with his mother’s illness has taken a toll—he often falls ill from stress and anxiety. Even as she recovers from grueling chemo sessions, Meherbani shows up for him daily, guiding him with strength and grace.

We are raising funds to help cover basic living expenses: rent and utilities—essentials that will allow her to focus on healing and supporting her son without the constant burden of financial stress.

Meherbani has spent her life giving to others. Now is our chance to give back.
