Meghan Piper

Hey everyone,

My name is Jessica and the beautiful girl in this picture is my sister Meghan. I want to start off by thanking each and every one of you who take the time to read this. You all are so appreciated. Meghan was only 23 years old and had passed on Sunday, March 10, 2024 in Grande Prairie, Alberta from a battle that overcame her. Meghan was the daughter of Mike and Amy Piper, sister to Robert, Michael, Daniella, Ryan, Tyler, Jessica, Brendan, Zachary, Gregory and Matthew, Auntie Meghan (May May) to 25+ nieces and nephews, granddaughter to Michael and Carol Piper, friend to so many all over both provinces. This had been a recent transition from Ontario where she had been for 4 years, Meghan came here to endure in better life and had become successful in finding work, school and new friends all while embracing her relationships with a family she longed to connect with for years. Meghan faced many struggles which frequently interfered with the life she deserved but she was special and had so much love and life to give.

None of us were prepared for this unfortunate ending. Unexpected expenses are arising and we are now desperately trying to make our way to Meghan in Grande Prairie from Ontario to say our goodbyes. This includes flight fares and any funeral expenses. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and will not go unnoticed.

We thank you all for being here for us in this difficult time. Meghan's memory will forever live on.
