Megan's medical expenses from brain surgery

Hi, My name is Kacey, and I want to tell you about my best friend, Megan.

Megan is having brain surgery today (4/7/22) to have a tumor removed. She hasn't told many people about this as she is a very private person and doesn't usually ask for help since she is fiercely independent and tends to put everyone's needs before her own.

Today is Megan's second brain surgery, as she had another tumor removed in 2016. Megan had just gotten to the point of almost having her medical expenses from that surgery paid off when she found out that she had this new tumor and would have to have another surgery. She will have several large medical bills between the scans, surgery, recovery, and follow-up appointments.

Megan is the most kind-hearted person who loves her people with all her heart. She is like an aunt to my kids, and they love her dearly. Megan is also the Assistant Director at Sunrise Child Care Center, and all of the kids and families love her dearly as well. Every day that Megan is not at school, the kids ask where she is and when she will be back. She is always there for her friends whenever they need it and would help a stranger in a heartbeat.

I'm asking that you donate to help relieve some of the financial burdens that these medical costs and being out of work will place on Megan. Megan will be able to use any funds donated to pay medical bills and other bills while she is out of work for several weeks. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she recovers from surgery!
