Hi, my name is Megan. I am 26 years old and from Cleveland. I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in early 2020. I thought it would be an easy couple months of meds and I would be healed….I was wrong. I’ve been trying to heal from Lyme since. I have put over 7k into healing without being able to work. None of my treatment has been covered by insurance since the CDC doesn’t see Lyme Disease as an actual illness. Spending that much on treatment has hurt my finances. Not only am I fighting lyme, but also mold toxicity. Mold toxicity is hindering the healing journey. With this money, I’m hoping to cover the rest of my treatment and find a healthier environment for my body to heal and detox in.
