Megan and her husband, Josh, are currently expecting their first child in December of 2020.  Two weeks ago, Megan found a lump on her breast that at first doctors believed to be a cyst.  She was 19 weeks pregnant at the time.  It has since then been confirmed that Megan has a stage 2 ductal carcinoma (breast cancer).  Because of her pregnancy, her treatment will be a little more complicated as they have to keep both momma and baby safe.  This requires several doctors and specialists to oversee Megan's treatment and the baby's care.  Megan is expected to undergo surgery, as well as chemo and radiation.  Along the way she will also be giving birth to her daughter, Sevy.   Megan will be having to reduce hours at work.  Josh may also require time away from his job to accompany Megan to her treatments and doctors visits.  In less than 20 weeks they will have to worry about attending to a newborn as well.   Please consider donating to help Megan and Josh with medical expenses and covering costs for travel, food, and allowing them to spend time with their newborn without having to worry about their financial state.  Megan has a established a blog to allow those who are interested to follow them on their journey.  You can visit caringbridge.org/visit/megantucker-manly to learn more.
