Justin and Megan Starr Need Our Help: Unexpected Expenses
Donation protected
Justin was diagnosed with a Meningioma Brain Tumor earlier this year. He had noticed some short-term memory issues and decided to see a neurologist. The doctors found that he had a large tumor in the left ventricle of his brain that needed to be removed immediately. He received surgery on March 26, 2025, and has had a few complications since then.
He is stable but is not fully awake. His wife, Megan, is incurring a lot of unexpected expenses due to this long-term hospital stay, and we would like to do everything we can to help her out in this time of need.
Long-term rehabilitation will be needed once Justin is released from ICU, which will require more of Megan's time away from her small children. TIRR Rehabilitation has agreed to accept Justin as soon as he is stable enough to be moved. A meal train has also been set up for the family if you would like to help in that way.
Justin has five children, four of whom are still living at home: Sydney, 19; Avery, 16; Remington, 11; Addison, 9; and as of May 7, 2025, one grandchild named Mateo Justin. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate this very trying time.
