We are taking ‘Marathon Month’ to another level – a marathon a week for the whole of January! Staff and players from Cyncoed Ladies Football Club will unite with a number of staff members and elite gymnasts from Welsh Gymnastics to individually run, walk, cycle, swim, scoot, space hop the distance of a marathon a week. 

We will be braving the elements to complete the challenge in aid of Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this wonderful cause.

More information about Ty Hafan Childrens Hospice: Ty Hafan offers care, comfort and support for children in Wales who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood, and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs over 4 million pounds a year. Please help us to make a difference for these children and their families.
