Support for Amanda’s Family

I am posting this fundraiser on behalf of the families with kids watched by Amanda Pezoa-Sir.

Amanda ran a small in-home daycare by herself and worked hard to provide the kids she cared for with a wonderful, safe environment filled with love, compassion, and fun. She was the most positive, energetic person and always had a smile on her face. The kids were happy to be dropped off with her and would give her hugs when they left. She felt like family to all of us and so many more. Outside of her business Amanda was passionate about coaching high school volleyball at Liberty High School and inspired young lives in everything she did.

Last Tuesday we learned the incomprehensible news that Amanda passed away of cardiac arrest after fighting a viral respiratory infection while 32 weeks pregnant with twins. The twins, a boy and a girl who the family were so thrilled about, were also lost. Amanda and the twins leave behind her husband Ariel, an Army combat veteran, and two sweet kids, Milan (9) and Javi (7).

As many moms are, Amanda was the lifeblood of her family. Ariel is really struggling coming to terms with what’s happened. He needs help and is thankfully open to accepting it. What we’re asking for is help providing Ariel, Milan, and Javi with some financial relief as they navigate this impossible time. Please help this heartbroken family with the support they desperately need. I know we can make a difference for them even with small donations… whatever you can do. Anything to make life just a little bit easier during this time will be a blessing to them and honor the spirit of their wife and mom.
