We are heartbroken to share that recently, Meena was walking her dog and was hit by a van while crossing the street in a crosswalk. She is in critical condition. Meena sustained severe brain injuries and is unconscious in ICU, fighting for her life.

Meena is a single mom who has raised two kids, now in college (ucla & ucsd). In addition to the physical, mental and emotional toll this has taken, her kids are also facing financial hardship. Meena has a long road to recovery ahead, but with your help, we can ease some of the financial burdens and allow her and her kids to focus on healing.

Meena is a kind and wonderful person who has always been there for others in their time of need. Her infectious smile and positive spirit have touched the lives of so many people.
