Hello there. My name Viethmier Cuevas. I'm coming here in behalf of my wife Alma Rose. We are married for more than 15 years. We don't have kids. after 3 miscarriages', we sort of stop trying. if it comes it comes. My wife is a Personal health worker / care giver. She specializes in Dementia patients. She is very amazing in her job, that's the common comment of her private employers. She is very passionate about her job to the extent of she had begun writing a book on how to take care of dementia patents. Unfortunately a tragedy hit our simple lives. My wife had 2 brain Aneurysms on a span of 4 months. the first was Oct 23, 2022. It was no less than a miracle that she survive. The left side of her body was paralyzed. her recovery was phenomenal. In just less than 3 months she was able to partially move her left hand and feet. and started to stand by December of that year. and started to walk on January of the next year. she was scheduled for surgery to re attached her bone flap which was taken while she in ICU. it was scheduled on Feb 7 of 2023. The surgery was a success. however, 2 days after she had another bleeding on her brain. and was in comma for 3 months. She opened her eyes late of May 2023. She was just staring on the wall for a month. On June 16 2023 was our 15th Anniversary. I casually greeted her and tears just roll down her eyes. i was crying too because i see hope. now she is exhibiting response through her right hand and feet. she can now thumbs up high five etc etc. but non verbal yet.

We have come here in Go Fund me to ask for huge favor to help us on our medical bills. You must be wondering why we are asking for help since it is common knowledge that Canada has a good Health care program. however in long term care and rehab facilities they have this shared expenses. in her case we are to pay $75 Canadian dollars a day for total of $2,250 a month. The doctors say it will take a year to see significant recovery on her case. Thus we are setting our Goal at 25,00 for a whole year.

I already stopped working since the first incident of my was. that was over a year ago. our finances are dwindling and debts started to rise. i will be returning to work next month but my salary wont be able to finance her medical needs.

I am asking and knocking upon your heart in all humility for your financial assistance. for i cant do it on my own.
