As a result of the ongoing war in Ukraine, more than 7 million people were forced to flee the country. However, there are still people who could not be evacuated and require medical attention. The war disrupted the medical supply chain, leaving many chronically ill patients without necessary treatment.
Having learned that there were more than 179,000 newly diagnosed patients in Ukraine, whose cancer treatment has been disrupted due to supply chain challenges, I partnered with DAAR Charitable Foundation to purchase and deliver medicines to the National Cancer Institute in Kyiv. Later, I expanded my efforts to help more hospitals and patients throughout Ukraine. Thanks to public donations and in-kind contributions from our partners, I was able to deliver over $400,000 worth of medical aid to date to multiple healthcare institutions in Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, and Odesa. However, more patients still need help.
Please join me in making a difference. Any donation will help make an impact in the life of patients, whose treatment has been interrupted by war. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause.
DAAR Charitable Foundation is US-registered 501(c)3 nonprofit that has been operating in Ukraine for over 20 years and supports the people of Ukraine with humanitarian aid, which includes medicine and medical supplies. It is fully run by volunteers — not a single member of the Advisory Board, Executive Board, or Management Team receives any compensation.
