Medically impaired grandmother save her home and help others

Hi everyone, I am Angela Mastin. I reside in Huntsville, Alabama.

I'm currently 60 years old—well, 60 years young—and I had a stroke. Honestly, I don't know what I'm doing, but I got to get this out there.

I have custody of my 15-year-old granddaughter and I will be unable to work for at least 6 months. I am asking for help so that we don't lose our home. Any help will do; I would appreciate it.

I am paralyzed on the right side of my body. I have been in the hospital since Friday morning, April 18th. I am not sure when I'm getting out, and this is hard.

I have to learn how to do everything—things that we just take for granted, like walking and waving. It's especially hard on me because I am right-handed, so now I have to teach myself how to do stuff with my left hand.

I am relearning motor skills, even feeding myself. It's hilarious to watch, but I have got to do it. Trying to stay cheerful and positive.

We still don't know why I had the stroke.

Any money left over will be used to create things that would make it easier for people who have had strokes and are dealing with other things. So now, my ultimate goal is to try to make it easier for people in my position.

Update this is how hard I'm learning to reuse my right side and to dress myself using my left I'm an ultimate righty so this definitely poses a challenge for me I have to learn to climb stairs but I'm going to do it and I keep you guys updated as I go through, and thank you guys for your prayers and your support.
