My Mom and I have put together this fundraiser for David while he is in the Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Dallas TX. David admitted himself into the ER on Mothers Day around 2pm after 14 hours of pain in his stomach. He was admitted into the hospital around 3am and began undergoing treatments for Severe Acute Pancreatitis. This will definitely change the life of an amazing son, brother, and friend of ours for the rest of his life. Please join us in helping David.
Here is a passage from Rev Rob Cahill:
Sorry to say, the life of the soiree, Mr. David Anthony Temple aka Chef DAT, has been hospitalized, with severe, life-threatening illness for over a week now.
The GOOD PART is that this rascal is hella resilient, receiving excellent care at Baylor with a bright diagnosis. The BAD PART is that he'll be there another couple weeks until he's back on his dancing feet. You can imagine how costly that will be.
DAT Boy's been generous towards everyone since day one! From gathering and delivering truck loads of essentials and food to hurricane victims, to cooking for the children down at 4DWN, Chef DAT is always down to help. It's time for our community to reciprocate best we can.
Brother DAT will be facing astronomical bills by the time he can get back to delivering gastronomic thrills. Please be generous in his time of need, giving him the encouragement to heal with God's speed.
Merci Beaucoup.
