Hi my name is Brittany, my friend Kelsey found this dog today wandering in traffic barely able to walk. We are looking at the quickest way to get her the medical care she needs ASAP. I will personally take her to the vet to get her healthy to rehome. Fostering her while she is treated would also be a blessing. If we could keep her we would! Anything would be so appreciated!!
