Medical treatment for Phil

Hi my name is Devin Perry and I’m here, asking for support for our dear Phil and Daria Marnella. If you have been keeping up with any of Daria’s Facebook posts, you have seen that this is a very difficult time for them!

Phil went into the emergency room over a week ago for what he thought, was kidney stones. After hours of testing, that got the news that no one wants to hear…it’s cancer.

Kidney cancer is one of the few cancers that can grow for years and even decades without being detected until the person starts to feel ill.

They informed Phil over the weekend that the cancer spread and he would need immediate surgery. Friday, the cancer was removed. Phil will need immunotherapy at the cancer center as well as follow ups with nephrology.

I am here to ask everyone to cover Phil in prayer. We know that God is mighty and we ask that He heal Phil completely! In addition to prayer, there is a financial need. During this difficult time, both Phil and Daria will be off of work for an unknown time, while focusing on Phil’s health. Medical bills not covered by insurance are a big concern as well.
