I honestly don't know how to start this but here goes. I normally don't share my situations with others and I tend to try on my own way before I open up. However I'm in a serious situation where I'm all out of options and it's time to let people in.

In March 2023 I was suddenly diagnosed with two types of cancer one is a blood cancer known as CML and a cancerous rectal tumor which is a T3 and actively causes me to bleed out randomly and without notice at times. I had to quit my federal job due to all my leave running out. Along with quiting I lost all medical benefits and more.

I thought I had enough saved to manage the expenses of treatments and bills. However this year I have more treatments and a surgeries that I need to prepare for that I can't afford and insurance will not cover.

A little about me I'm a mother to a 14 year old who I raised on my own for 12 years. I am not only trying to provide for my child but also my medical. Due to tumor bleeding I have been in and out of ICU 3 times, at times I dont have the ability to walk or get around. I have few people in my family who currently help me but at times I have to go to the ER due to seizures or fainting.

I am normally very active in my churches outreach. I am a giving, loving, hardworking, and reliable. I've raised children who were not mines to keep them out the system. I try to help others as much as I can. I have a heart of a servant with no expectation in return.

I'm normally a very private person who tends not to ask for help. However this situation has me asking and I need all the help that I can get to pay for my medical expenses. I hope I can reach my goal as treatments will be starting in March. All funds from here will only go to my treatment.

Update I had an emergency surgery 3/19/2024 I now have a temporary ostomy bag. I have a meeting coming up with hope4cancer for treatment options.
