My dear friend and our beloved Buffalo community member, Kyi Aye, needs help with medical bills for her father in Burma. There is no health insurance there. She is shouldering the burden on her own. Her father was in the hospital for one week with a medical emergency. He is home now, but needs continued access to oxygen.
