Beste lezer, vriend, muziekliefhebber.

Onlangs vernam ik een zeer verontrustend bericht over Joris Posthumus.

Voor wie Joris Posthumus nog niet kent, Joris is een zeer getalenteerde Nederlandse saxofonist en componist die zich al jaren inzet voor het creëren van prachtige, tijdloze muziek. Zijn muziek is geïnspireerd door zijn reizen over de hele wereld en door zijn passie voor jazz en andere muziekgenres.

Wat is nu het geval? Joris heeft op dit moment dermate gebitsproblemen dat hij sinds oktober 2022 niet meer heeft kunnen spelen. Ook zijn opgenomen album, opgenomen in Nagoya, Japan, heeft hij nog niet kunnen uitbrengen vanwege de ernstige pijn die hij ervaart in zijn mond. Je begrijpt dat hij hierdoor financieel in zwaar weer verkeert.

De kosten voor het oplossen van Joris' gebitsproblemen zijn erg hoog en na de financiële uitdagingen van de afgelopen coronaperiode, is er bij Joris weinig financiële ruimte om dit te bekostigen. Dit is waar we jullie hulp bij nodig hebben!

We zijn gestart met een crowdfunding campagne om Joris te helpen de kosten te dekken voor de behandeling van zijn gebit en om hem weer in staat te stellen te spelen en zijn prachtige muziek te delen met de wereld.

Doneer vandaag nog en draag bij aan het herstel van Joris' gebit, zodat hij weer kan doen waar hij van houdt - het maken van geweldige muziek. Alle bedragen zijn welkom.

I recently received very concerning news about Joris Posthumus.

For those who may not know Joris, he is a highly talented Dutch saxophonist and composer who has been creating beautiful, timeless music for many years. His music is inspired by his travels around the world and his passion for jazz and other music genres.

So what's the issue? Joris is currently experiencing severe dental problems that have prevented him from playing since October 2022. He also hasn't been able to release his recorded album, which was recorded in Nagoya, Japan, due to the intense pain he experiences in his mouth. As a result, he is facing financial difficulties.

The costs of resolving Joris' dental problems are very high, and after the financial challenges of the past COVID period, he has little financial flexibility to cover these expenses. This is where we need your help!

We have launched a crowdfunding campaign to help cover the costs of Joris' dental treatment and to enable him to play again and share his beautiful music with the world.
