HELP Medical Student Nhla Rose Marira pay Final Yr Tuition

My name is Nhlamulo Rose Nyasha Marira. I am a final year medical student pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) at Texila American University, Zambia.
I'm currently seeking financial assistance to help me complete my final year of medical school.
Throughout my childhood and academic journey, my single mother has been my sole source of support, covering both my tuition and living expenses through her small business. However, due to a significant downturn in her business, she is no longer able to sustain the financial demands of my education.
This situation has placed a heavy burden on us, and without support, I may be unable to complete my studies. Any form of assistance would not only ease this burden but also bring me closer to fulfilling my dream of becoming a doctor and serving my community.
My journey through medical school has been marked by a deep commitment to clinical excellence, public health, and improving patient outcomes especially in areas affecting women and communities.
In my preclinical years, I completed foundational courses such as Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Pathology, along with Medical Ethics, Community Health, and Clinical Skills. These early experiences helped shape my approach to holistic and ethical patient care.
During my 4th year, I rotated through the core disciplines of Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and General Surgery. In 5th year, I built on this foundation with rotations in Psychiatry, Dermatology, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthesia, Oncology, ENT, Maxillofacial Surgery, Ophthalmology, as well as Community Health and Communication Skills.
Currently in my 6th and final year, I am focusing on Paediatrics while having already completed a rotation in Internal Medicine. These clinical experiences have strengthened my clinical decision-making, diagnostic ability, and patient communication.
I am also conducting undergraduate research on “Assessing the Perception and Acceptance of Family Planning Among Women in Zambia, with a Focus on Male Partner Influence.” My interest lies in bridging clinical medicine with public health to make meaningful, lasting change in healthcare delivery.

I am passionate about continuous learning, quiet resilience, and presenting myself with grace and intention. My longterm goal is becoming a doctor and serve the community. I hope you can support me achieve my dream.

Thank you all for your support.

Sincerely Yours
