Hi, My name is Damian, Anna's brother. Anna is a local resident in Bulahdelah NSW who is loved, admired and respected for her work and contribution to the wider community. Anna was on holidays through Vietnam and Cambodia and was struck down with sever lung infection while in Cambodia and is currently in the Royal Angkor International Hospital with a lung catheter for draining the phlegm, plus intravenous antibiotics and painkillers. Anna did take out travel insurance , however after 4 days in the Cambodian hospital, the Insurer have decided NOT to honour this policy and Anna is stranded in Cambodia with the hospital demanding more and more money while the Insurer procrastinate with providing a decision for assistance. Anna's condition is worsening and she is urgently in need of medical repatriation back to Australia where she can receive the treatment she desperately needs. The Insurer have priced this repatriation at $26,935 plus the hospital and other expenses.

Thanks to all our supporters, at 10am Saturday, Anna touched down in Sydney accompanied by a repatriation doctor from the Gold Coast who flew to Cambodia to bring her home safely.
