Medical, relocation and support worker costs.

Hi, my name is Amanda and I am raising money to help my friend Megan. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a year and a half ago and the disease is progressing quickly. Megan has the opportunity to get Stem Cell Transplant to hopefully eleviate most of the MS symptoms however has to relocate to Ottawa, away from her family and friends for 4 months. While in Ottawa she will be going through chemotherapy which has terrible side affects. Megan will need help to relocate, cover any medical expenses and to have a support worker for the entirety of her stay. Please help this young mother fight to get her health back, thank you.
