Medical & Recovery Support for Earvin

Hi, my name is Aaron, and I am raising funds for my cousin, Earvin.

Earvin recently suffered a severe hemorrhagic stroke that has left half of his body paralyzed. He is currently fighting for his life in the ICU at St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Sto. Tomas, Philippines.

Although only part of his body may be responsive, Earvin is fighting with his whole heart and mind. He is just 29 years old, with so many dreams and a bright future still ahead of him. Earvin is a kind, loving person who has always put his family first, and now our family is standing firmly beside him as he faces the hardest battle of his life.

His recovery will be a long and arduous journey, and unfortunately, it comes with overwhelming medical expenses. We are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for your support. Any amount you can spare, no matter how small, will help ease the burden and go directly toward Earvin’s medical care and recovery.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story, for your generosity, and for keeping Earvin in your thoughts and prayers.

17 Jan 2026 UPDATE:
Earvin is currently being transferred to Batangas Medical Surgery to undergo Craniotomy.

18 Jan 2026 UPDATE:
Earvin has undergone Burr Hole Craniotomy last night and came out of the OR this morning. He made it through a 50/50 operation, so that’s finally some really good news! His GCS score is 10 (same as before surgery), which means he’s responding to visual, verbal, and motor cues. The big takeaway is that he didn’t decline after surgery. His blood pressure also came down a lot—from 220/140 to 130/80. Overall, we feel like he’s heading in the right direction, but we still need to wait and keep observing.

19 Jan 2026 UPDATE:
He seems to be recovering well. Unfortunately, we still can’t get near him so we can only look at him through a glass panel. Only doctors and nurses are allowed in so we can only watch from a distance. But he’s wiggling a lot more so that’s got to be a good sign! He is also scheduled for another CT scan to ensue all the blood were drained and there are no other sources of bleeding.
