Medical Recovery Fund for Stephanie
Donation protected
About a week ago, my dear friend Stephanie passed out due to anemia and fell and broke her leg/foot in four separate places. When she initially went to the ER, they assumed she had leg cramps due to the anemia. They gave her a blood transfusion and sent her home. After a few days of increasing pain, swelling, and bruising, she went back to the E.R., where they finally did an X-ray and determined her leg was broken in multiple places. She had surgery two days later and had rods and pins placed in her leg.
Stephanie is a single mother who works TWO JOBS (both of which require her to be on her feet). One is as an ABA therapist for kids on the autism spectrum, and the other job is as a server on the weekends.
Please please help her stay afloat! She has no income currently, and the medical bills will be very high, between two E.R. visits, blood transfusions, x-rays, and surgery.
Stephanie is THE hardest working person I know. I've never met anyone else who has such a strong work ethic and tenacity to take care of everyone and everything. She is so giving and loving, and I am honored to call her a friend.
Thank you for helping in any way you can. There is also a meal train set up for her.
