On Wednesday, October 1st, my sister, grandpa Cam and Chay (5) were on their way home from picking her up from school. As they were going North bound on a main street, a truck was turning left and hit our car in a very bad way. The car is a total loss. My sister and grandpa Cam were taken to the hospital via ambulance. Chay was taken to the hospital by a family member nearby that was called at the moment of the accident. All three of them were evaluated. Chay had some xray’s and exams done, but was discharged with some rashes and scratches from her seat belt. She will need some follow up doctor visits. My sister has some fractures and was discharged with some medical equipment and a lot of pain medication as well as grandpa Cam was. They’ve got a long ways to recovery with physical therapy appointments. Donations will go toward medical bills and ambulance bills. All donations are very much appreciated at this time of difficulty.
