When it was first suggested to me to start a fundraiser through GoFundMe, I didn't want to do it. I didn't want people to think I was begging. Although it still makes me feel a little uncomfortable, encouragement  from family and friends has helped me to change my mind. Sometimes you just do what you gotta do, and even though I know my Mama feels the same way I do, she deserves nothing less than me doing the absolute  best I possibly can to help her through the next few months. Her road to recovery  is going to be a long, hard one and the medical expenses will be tremendous.  Without being able to work to supplement her social security, her normal bills are barely covered.  The added medical expenses will be a huge source of stress and worry for her & that is the last thing she will need. Of course, we will do everything we can to help, but we have limited income ourselves. Please consider making a donation. My goal is for her to be able to focus on getting well without extra stress & worry to delay  or create setbacks for the healing process. Any donation would be deeply appreciated!
