Medical procedure and related costs.

Hello everyone. My name is Chris Payne. If you know me, you know that I'm always looking for ways to help others including donating my time, services or anything else that is needed. Now I find myself in need of others charity and good nature. I have been on disability for about 6 months now and on the donor transplant program at MUSC for the last year. I am on the waitlist to receive a pancreas/kidney double transplant. I was informed at my 1 year evaluation that I could likely receive an offer for the transplant within the next year. Yea! I do have "Obamacare" insurance but, I'm sure they'll find a way for me to owe a bunch more money. I also have to board my boy Max while I'm away. Then stay a week in a nearby hotel after being released from the hospital. Then I will need to hire a live-in nurse for 2 weeks after I get home. I have family and friends from out of state already planning how to get down to me on a very short notice. Having some extra funds would take a huge burden off my shoulders and mind as I prepare for this future endeavor. Any donations I receive will be used for previously mentioned items. If I receive more than is required, I will donate the rest to needy children and adults in our local schools and shelters.  Thank you for taking the time to read my story and share in my journey.
