Medical PPE for LA County Community

Donation protected
Dear Los Angeles Community,

It is no secret that our city is facing a major epidemic. As of 12:00p.m. on April 11, 2020, the cases in Los Angeles County is at 8,873 with an unfortunate number of 265 deaths. This has widely impacted each and every one of us on all levels. The shelter in place order for Los Angeles County has been extended to May 15, 2020. This is why we are reaching out for your help.

Why?

Being individuals who have grown up in Glendale and Burbank, we know that this new norm is not easy for our friends, family and individuals who are high at risk. However, it is definitely even harder for our friends and family who are first responders in the front lines of this deadly virus. Within the last couple weeks, we have reached out to our nurses, doctors and other hospital personnel to ask what they might need help with during this time.

While bravely trying to help our community flatten the curve, they are lacking Medical Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to N95 masks, surgical masks with or without face shields, gowns, shoe covers, surgical caps, gloves and more - all of which are required supplies to be able to care for Covid-19 patients.

How We Can Help?

We have suppliers who have available PPE to be shipped in masses to our local heroes and community. Unfortunately, as hospitals and clinics affected by COVID19 are allocating their supplies accordingly - they can only do so much.

That's why we are reaching out to the public to help fundraise for PPE for our local heroes and flatten the curve.

How This Will Affect You?

We truly care about the wellbeing of our first responders and are looking forward to alleviating work and personal stresses by donating supplies in a timely manner. Our nurses and doctors are facing difficult decisions, and we find it crucial to assist by raising funds to purchase and donate the supplies they need to protect and serve our community.

This will help the community flatten the curve, and hopefully lessen the amount of cases in LA county since they will be protected, and able to do their jobs safely, while preventing the spread of the virus.

Our Goal

To raise up to $25,000 to purchase the following:

- Masks (N95 & 3Ply)
- Nitrile Gloves (various sizes)
- Medical Protective Gowns (ISO)
- Face Shields / Procedure Masks with shields
- Coveralls
- Goggles
- Surgical Masks
- Hand Sanitizer
