Hi my name is Esther but my loved ones call me Anna. Due to some unexpected circumstances, my beloved man, Jamie, has passed on after a courageous battle with Cancer and Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, which is the worst of its kind.

Over the past decades of his life, he had brought so much impact to those people who know him. He always made sure everyone is happy and having a good time. He made sure nobody is neglected in many ways, including me.

Although Canada has very wonderful access to healthcare, fees for funeral and starting new again can be very expensive. Especially for me who also has a seizure disorder and would have to pay for my medication which is costly as well. He was my rock and with starting myself anew, I just don't know where to start. I am also just starting a new job, with tedious paperwork for my citizenship status which can be very costly and have a lot of uncertainties. It will take time for me to be stable again. And with that, I need to get myself ready as things will be very rough ahead.

This funding goes to help my mother-in-law, who is now 80 years old, in some expenses especially with her tragically losing both her sons in just 7 short months, and for me too to start a new as I start to build myself up again so that somehow I will not be a burden to his family as well.
