Back in July, Susan's appendix burst and caused peritonitis and she became incredibly ill. She was in the hospital for ten days recovering from this incident and sent home with some antibiotics to recover. A week later she had to go back to the hospital and be put on a feeding tube. Once again, she was eventually sent home only to be readmitted again. She is home now and is waiting for the final surgery to remove her appendix. She has been hit with thousands of dollars of hospital bills, and she is out of sick time at her job. She is a single mother working hard to provide for herself and her child. The medical bills that have been piling up are far too much for her to be able to realistically pay. We have started this campaign with the hopes that the community will once again come together and help someone who is in need.
