James Family Memorial & Care Fund
Donation protected
Hi,
My name is Tammy. My sister Erika and I are hoping to raise funds to help our late Father fulfill his wish to take care of our Mother Sandy. Dad passed five days after his 78th birthday, two weeks after falling and breaking his hip. Dad was Mom's caretaker for the past few years. We are hoping to ease the burden of mounting bills during this difficult time.
Dad was known by a lot of names throughout his life; Johnny, Jota John, Candy Man, and many more. He always had a story to tell, a laugh, and if you were lucky, some great wine. For years he was an avid motorcyclist and always loved performance cars. The man was a legend. In his later years, the neighbors christened him as the Mayor of 63rd Street. Dad was a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart (Mom). They celebrated 60 years of marriage last March. He was also a Grandfather to John - who has proven to be a chip off the block. Finally, he was a great friend to many people, including those he'd known since he was in grade school.
If you know the family and want to help in whatever small way you are able, please do so. If you have a story to share about Dad, we'd love to hear about that whether or not you donate.
With gratitude and love we thank you,
Tammy & Erika
