Medical & Life Expenses for Missy Pelleteri

Hello! My name is Sydnee and I started this fundraiser for a dear family friend. Missy was diagnosed with breast cancer years ago. She had a mastectomy and it seemed to clear up. Her husband suddenly died of a heart attack, leaving her to care for her two daughters alone. It was shortly discovered that her cancer had metastasized into her bones. By the time it was found out, it was in a fairly advanced stage. She is currently on medication that makes simple daily tasks incredibly difficult. She does not have a great support system where she is living, and I would love to be able to ease her strain. Although she is on Medicaid, she still must still care for her children, pay for their everyday expenses, food, her necessary special diet, travel to and from all of her appointments, housing, utilities, etc.

She is an extremely kind-hearted, humble mother who puts her children's needs ahead of her own every single day. Throughout everything, she has managed to keep a positive attitude and outlook on life. I cannot think of anyone who is more deserving of a little help. Anything at all is so very appreciated. Our goal is simply to make her life as comfortable as possible until more advances in cancer treatment are available. She has a long, beautiful life ahead of her.
