Medical is expensive, please help if you're able

A-hoi-hoi! My name is Chris and I've been sick pretty much always, since I was born. Things really ramped up when I was 7 years of age and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Several things have been diagnosed since then but currently I am fighting Kidney Failure as well as a few other things. Recently I have been experiencing my legs going out and not being able to walk the best. I'm doing dialysis treatments 4 days a week for 4.5 hours a day, with 4 hours on one of those days. Transportation is waiting another approximate 3 hours each day as well. With this schedule, I'm not able to work. I'm absolutely exhausted after treatment and need help with purchasing better medical equipment than what the government provides...like a blood pressure machine that works and is accurate or an orthopedic pillow, maybe a healthy meal kit to help me eat after a rough treatment session...a better blanket for dialysis or extra sweats at dialysis (it gets super cold when your blood gets taken out)
