Hi, my name is Eboni and I’m fundraising for my son Khari. Khari graduated from Brownsville Collaborative Middle School in Brownsville Brooklyn as the first male valedictorian in 2022 . He is currently a freshman at Brooklyn College Academy where he is an honor roll student.

His academic excellence has earned him an invitation to the Youth Leadership Forum Medical Internship program. This summer Khari will be studying at the University of California, Los Angeles where he will participate in training simulations that medical students, residents, and physicians use to hone their skills. Khari was first introduced to the medical field through a medical internship with his mentoring program Chionesu Bakari. His interest was sparked and he’s now looking to pursue a career in medicine.
