Medical illness that will be prolong with no pay.

Hi, my name is Vincent Perkins. 

I am fund raising due to my medical condition. 

I have been unable to work since November 29, 2023 and am

 having quite a few bad days.

At this time, I am being treated by 14 specialists that I see monthly or bi monthly.

My perspective returned to work is January 1st, 2025, because of being diagnosed with a Bilateral Pulmonary Embolism of Blood clots to both lungs and Lymphedema of both legs.

This has caused me to have constant dizzy spells, fainting, lowered my ability to walk far or climb steps, I cannot lift or carry anything heavy, I have a lack of stamina, a lack of strength. 

When I am attempting to walk up steps I can only put the first leg on a step and cannot step up onto the step with the second leg. I must pull myself up the steps with upper body strength holding onto the hand rail or bracing my self against the wall for support.

This has really taken so much out of me that all daily tasks require me to take a break slowdown and then continue.

To make things worse. I've exhausted all of my vacation time and all of my sick time.

This pass pay period, February 02, 2023 I am ofically on (LWP) leave without pay until I am medically cleared to return to work tentatively January 2025.

I don't know how I'm gonna make it 11 month's to January 2025, with no pay check.
