We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help. Our sweet one year old puppy, Sue Ellen, was stung by a bee this afternoon inside of our home. The sting caused a severe allergic reaction, and she is now in critical condition.
She is currently under the care of an amazing veterinary team, but the treatments, medications, and emergency care costs are extensive. We never imagined we’d be in this position, but we are determined to do everything possible to save her.
Sue Ellen is a crucial part of our family. It’s hard to imagine life without her, and seeing her in so much pain is heartbreaking. We’re fighting with everything we have to give her the chance to come back home to us and her sisters Nancy and Essie.
We are asking for your support to assist with her medical expenses. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a big difference and bring us one step closer to giving Sue Ellen the care she needs. If you’re unable to donate, we completely understand, and sharing this page with others would mean the world to us.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity during this challenging time. We will keep the page updated with any news.
Update 12.1
Sue Ellen’s GI Tract was the most affected but doctors are hopeful she will make a full recovery. The vet is going to make her a custom EpiPen, because she is so small.
Thank you all so much for your donations and sharing the GFM. We are all so grateful for every single one of you.
