While spending the winter in Hawaii, Greg Mans was helping a friend with car trouble and in the process was severely injured. He experienced a trauma to his neck, and sustained damage to his spinal cord. Greg is currently in stable condition having flew in from Honolulu to Michigan for treatment. He continues to seek healing using therapy specific to his injury and regain a place in life.
Everyone that has had the privilege to know Greg instantly can tell that he is truly one of a kind. He spends his life connecting with others. He is known for his generosity, compassion, and sense of adventure. Greg lives the life of a true free spirit—a professional fisherman in Alaska, yoga instructor, nomad, and friend to all. He loves the outdoors and spends endless hours biking, swimming, hunting, boating, and taking long walks with anyone willing to join! Greg also filled his days painting, drawing, throwing pottery, and going out of his way to get involved with and Connect to those around him.
Greg is deeply kind and empathetic. He lives fully in each moment. He's a devoted brother, son, and uncle. He has a zest for life that he willingly and eagerly shares with everyone around him. He takes time to listen to the stories of others and is always ready to help them however they need. But now Greg needs us to help him navigate this next challenge, both today and in the days ahead. Thank you for joining with Greg in this fight.
(All donations will be used entirely for medical expenses that have or will be incurred as Greg continues to get the care he needs.)
