Medical Help For Mother and Daughter

Hello, my name is Anita Gunter, I live in Richmond, Virginia with my daughter Debbie. I am 75 years old and Debbie is 45 years old.  Both of us are disabled and have to use a wheelchair. Debbie has Cerebral Palsy since birth and has just been diagnosed with cancer in her neck and has to have surgery in November that will have to be done in two stages because the tumor is so large and will take so long to perform. It's starting to affect her breathing. She has suffered most of her life and is in stage 3 kidney failure.   I have cared for her all her life,45 years.   

Now, I need HELP, I have had to have my foot and part of my leg amputated due to neuropathy caused by diabetes, now the neuropathy is in my hands also making using a push wheelchair very painful for me. I've had open heart bypass surgery and several stints in my heart. My life is not easy, pain and suffering day and night, it keep me awake at night crying with the pain.  Pain medications helps very little, trying to get around on one foot trying to care for my daughter and myself is very hard for an older woman, I am in desperate need of an electric wheelchair, they are expensive and Medicare will only help pay for a push wheelchair.  we don't even have transportation to our doctors appointments so we have to ride in a wheelchair to get to them. It's a real struggle and with Winter coming on it's going to be even worse.  We need a wheelchair accessible Van desperately so we can get to our doctors appointments and physical therapy. We also need some carpentry work done at our doorway so we can get in and out without so much trouble . Any amount you can give will be so deeply appreciated, only God knows how very MUCH.  I don't want to have to ask anyone for help but we are in desperate need.
